Mirna's Place couldn't have an impact in the Buckeye community without its many volunteers and sponsors (see all our sponsors). Here we'd like to give a heartfelt "THANKS!!!!" to our sponsors. As you support them, they support us, so, in reality, you're supporting us by supporting them.
We are grateful to all our sponsors, however, there are 2 who deserve special recognition as our major supporters where most of our donations come from.
Our Major Supporters
On April 19, 2021, Mirna’s Place started a partnership with Amazon to receive donations from Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). The program donates items which are:
- Eligible excess
- Returned products from sellers
- Mis-shipped Items
Since 2021, Amazon has donated over $7,000,000 worth of products that have been donated to this community. We currently partner with 6 Amazon warehouses.
On May 6, 2024, Mirna’s Place started a partnership with Midwest Food Bank to receive food donations every 3 weeks.
We receive 4-6 pallets of food to add to our bi-weekly distribution to agencies.
